Former Residence of Guo Moruo who is an eminent writer in modern China is situated on Moshui Street of Shawa Town, Leshan City. It is a compound with houses around a square courtyard structured by four timbers close to Dadu River, where Guo Moruo was born, spent his childhood and gained initiation education. There are steles corridor of Guo Moruo’s poems and museum in the former residence area. Trees of cherry blossom are planted in the courtyard, which were presented by Japanese. There is a full-length bronze set on Binhe Road.
