It is most suitable for table use for it is thin in peel, rosy in meat, crispy, juicy, modestly sweet and acid. Furong Plum can also be processed into dry fruit or refined preserves. Fuding Dabaicha Boasting a history of over 130 years of cultivation, Fuding Dabaicha belongs to the clone-bred and is also known as Baimao Tea or Fuding Pekoe.
