Tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong

Jiuzhaigou (Nine Village Gully) derives its name from the nine villages in the gully. Jiuzhaigou is well-known for its lakes, waterfalls, beaches, rivers, snow-capped peaks, forests and local Tibetan customs. It is honored as "fairy-land on the earth" and "fairy tale world" for its unique primeval beauty, different scenes in different seasons, abundant animal and plant resources.
Huanglong (Yellow Dragon Valley) is known as "jasper lake in the mundane world". Shaped like a sleeping dragon with a length of 3.6km and a drop fall of over 400 meters, Huanglong consists of numerous unique landscapes of geological landforms. Glacial revolution, terrane structure, stratum of carbonic acid rock, tufa water and climatic conditions such as artic-alpine sun light have created this world-famous travertine landscape. The colors of Huanglong’s waters consist of yellows, greens, blues and browns.
In 1992, Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong became one of the world natural heritages by the UNESCO.
